Awful customer service ! I was at the truck yesterday in the morning Tuesday April 2nd, 2024 because now the post office is closed and instead it is a truck outside that you can go to for sending mails. I wanted to send a surprise gift card to my friend in Jersey for her birthday with no return address but my name and information were inside. The black lady started yelling at me that I cannot send anonymous letters in the US. I tried explaining to her calmly but she didn’t want to hear anything and was shouting. I do it all the time and I received 2 cards too this year with no return address. She also had attitude and said I was pissing her off early in the morning. My issue is not with the staff at this location— they do their job very well and are always polite. My issue is with USPS in general.

I paid $103 for 1 Day Priority Express Shipping and the Package was scheduled to arrive the next day at Noon. The package arrived today, so it was an entire day late, which shouldn’t be the case when a customer is spending so much money. The box was also damaged and not handled with care. The contents were noted as perishable and it didn’t seem like anyone took time to handle the box as such. I won’t ever send anything express, especially perishable good, through USPS again. Do not go to this USPS. This is not a USPS store or building, the building is closed permanently and there is just a small USPS van that services customers. The USPS van does not follow any time of operations and either opens late or closes early depending on their mood. They do not accept large boxes to ship and is limited to just accepting small parcels. The employees are rude and lazy and just difficult to deal with. Go to a better USPS location, stay away from this USPS service Van. They need to replace the employees here with more reliable and dependable...
