This is the only key food that doesn’t help customer's in regards to manually inputting a gift card payment. This is the only key food that their scanner for cards doesn’t read a gift card. The cashier are not capable of helping customers! In other key food IF the scanner doesn’t work you can hand them your gift card and they will process it for you on their end.
Extremely terrible customer service and it looks like there is no manager or supervisor on that key food.
They don’t know when to ask for their supervisor or manager’s help. OR maybe they don’t even have one. They should also not discriminate that not all people speak one language, there is customers that also SPEAK English only in this country.
They need a manger, they need to fix their card reader. They need to train cashier in all aspect of being a cashier and to use POS or MICROS properly.

Read moreThe staff is rude. They are always acting like they have something better to do than help a customer look for a product. Management is severely lacking. You have to keep your eyes trained on the deli guys, they will slice your meats, and cheeses from the ends of product that has been sitting out on their counter for hours, and also make sure they change their gloves or also put on new ones. The stockers do not properly rotate product on the shelves, and a lot of times if you reach for the stuff in the back you will ne getting the older product, and 90% of the time that product is expired. The prices are ridiculously high, there are items here that are 35% cheaper at Whole Foods, and Whole Foods is not cheap. They also have a big problem honoring sale prices as well.
