National Bakery — Restaurant in New York

So I’ve been going to this bakery for a few years, however, there is a few new girls here in the afternoon! Do you know that today on Valentine’s Day, I was treated poorly!! I went in the morning to get avena and I noticed it wasn’t good at all! But the girl greeted me politely I believe she’s the owner’s daughter! Always nice! The girl in the afternoon that wears glasses OMG! She literally went back and forth with me when I bout to cupcakes that had a rose design and a ring on it with a heart which to be very honest tasted like a chemical the cream was full of the dye with a chemical taste, I also asked for 3 chocolate covered strawberries and the girl said I can’t give you those three I’m like what ! Why?? She said it’s in the front and the refrigerator door doesn’t open all the way! So I measured that door with my eyes and said no you have enough room to take the tray out! She’s huffing and puffing don’t know if she’s having a bad day but honey I wasn’t the one ! So I said well I want those three so she takes the tray out and I’m thinking she’s giving me the ones in the front and another customer hears me saying well I’m paying for it and been coming here for years you should not be going back & forth and customer says your right! I will not be going back there again! I stick to Sugarboy bakery ! Thank you very much! I get home and she still gave me the ones she wanted to give me not what I asked for! When I go there the girls are fast and polite except one older lady who never smiles and always has a screw face. I have had the bad luck to have her take my order 3 times. She is rude and nasty and has no idea about good customer service. The first time she took my order she got it wrong I told her about it and she gave me the only attitude. The second time I gave her my order she walked away before I finished so I told one of the other girls that I did not want her to take my order. the third time was today and she tried to skip past me to take someone else's order but they had already placed their order. When I told her that I was next she said" oh, you want to place your order with me now? but very nasty. I don't know what her problem is with me. Maybe she doesn't like dark people. I have been going here from far distance just for the fresh delicious bakery and hot fresh coffee. I travel very far just to come here because they have everything from Spanish to Italian bakery and are very friendly. My only bad experience were the rude customers with bad temper and at of resentfulness will give anyone a bad review. I highly recommend this bakery and if you want the best coffee this is the place to buy from. They also bag your food with care. It's worth the wait on the line. My favorites are hot grilled cheese with bacon, large coffee, cannoli, tembleque de coco, natural orange juice, butter cookies, and the best cheese cake with strawberries and carrot cake.
