Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Disappointed. The cashier was really slow. I only ordered a medium iced coffee w 4 Splenda and milk and the Snack bacon. More milk would have helped. It took almost 10 minutes to get my bacon. The coffee took about 2 minutes. A line was forming for order pickups as I waited for my bacon. The bacon is premade. The food order filler was going in order of the orders, but he probably could have gotten the bacon sooner. He double folded the bacon bag at least. The bacon was a lot of broken pieces, which was also disappointing. I am glad there was only one person in front of me when I placed the order, or I would have been there even longer. I am glad I do not need to visit Dunkin Donuts too often. This one will suffice because it is the only one in the area. I went on a Saturday early afternoon. I would hate to see it during the morning...

This was it. Dont let the long time manager or new trainees under her spell or in close proximity to her make the ice coffee.

When the manager is around or makes the coffee, it is always watered down , old, or with a low amount of ice. This is a trend I have noticed at not just this location evolve for the past 10 years but across the city even though prices have continued to increase. I get that you have an incentive to make a profit but boy keep it consistent at least on quality.

This was it, if I see the manager in there I run. There are few folks in there who are great and make good coffee when the manager is not there. Still with the price for the coffee what they are charging, the risk is no longer worth it when the coffee taste like something other...

Dunkin donuts is always a great place to visit for coffee. I went in there with my mother because she wanted to get a particular donut that she likes from there. So while she was ordering her donut I thought I would get coffee for myself and then we called my father see if anybody else from the house wanted anything else and they wanted donuts so we purchase donuts. It was a large order end staff listened intently and the order which we received was correct we thanked the staff for their patience with us and bade them a good night ! I have to say before I leave that this was a clean store and the staff was very friendly...
