Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Not my favorite place.

The environment is the main reason why this location receives a low rating. Loitering does occur here. I turned back from this location many times because of one specific man that hangs out there with his pants loose, exposing his behind and asking for money. The employees also know the man and calls him by his name to move him out the way whilst customers are ordering. He smells really bad, shows his behind to the world and asks for money without a fail. The very few times that he was not at the location, the order was decent.

This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts en route by the Q5 bus. If you’re looking for a quick drink and a donut, you can run in and out. However, if you do not want to deal with a confronting loiterer en route to work or school, and can wait for your caffeine dosage … you should wait and go elsewhere. Until they fix the issue with the man with the shopping cart parked up by the entrance, I will not be going in. Take out/Delivery is the best option, if you have time to spare. I usually wait after a few visits to give a review and the only reason they got 3 stars is because previous trips have not been like today's. I'm not sure if it's the quality of people DD is hiring or certain locations but the manager was rude. I only ordered one thing and instead of asking if I wanted anything else, he asks for the money. Then after I said I wanted something else, as soon as I finished once again he asked for the total. Had he not been in a rush to collect my money, he would have realized he got my order wrong, which unfortunately I didn't catch until I saw him making my sandwich. Ordered a regular original blend coffee large with French vanilla flavoring (thought I’d try something different) She gives me decaf Then when I correct the mistake she gives me coffee without vanilla and on my receipt it clearly says French vanilla But I didn’t go hard they gave me creamer on the side because I like to add it myself Then I go to put my sugar and cream in they have the coffee filled to the brim no space to add sugar and cream So I’m basically getting coffee everywhere trying to get the coffee down at least a half inch so I can ad my sugar etc Then when I finally do the coffee tastes awful like as if someone burnt it Very upset I barely come here and now I won’t come back $3.00...
