Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I'm a very dissatisfied customer....i frequent Dunkin Donuts in all locations...in different boroughs and never was I once denied decaffeinated coffee until I went to the 766 Southern Boulevard Bronx NY location and dealt with a worker named Alex. Everytime Alex is working there, there is an excuse as to why I am not able to purchase decaffeinated coffee. Alex has given me the response, " we are closing" (it was before 8 pm) so he couldn't make it then...then he gave me the response on another occasion "I only have regular coffee" then he says "I don't have decaf coffee" which is kind of hard to believe being that is a main product that is sold at Dunkin Donuts. More people drink regular coffee than decaf so wouldn't it be the regular coffee that runs out verses the decaf??? This is very bad business....I had quite a few other things to purchase with my coffee but due to Alex this location has lost another sale....I left without purchasing anything...I dont think I will purchase at this location in the future if Alex is on...

The manager, Denise needs to be fired. Went into order two decaf caramel iced lattes. And the woman working behind the counter says that they don’t have any decaf— come to find out there is decaf but the machine is broken which is probably a LIE and upon further questions her manager told her not to make it which I believe Also, when you walk in —you have one person working the register and taking orders. That was my first annoyance but I overlooked it. Secondly ,why would you have decaf advertised but you’re not selling it? for what reason is it because most people don’t buy it and you’re TOO LAZY to make it? Will definitely be...

Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated.

I’ve seen some of the mixed reviews, and I get it...sometimes the staff might seem a little short on words. But that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly. If you take a second to talk or even crack a joke, most times you’ll get a smile back. Not every day is going to be full of sunshine, for any of us... but this location still delivers solid service...
