Jericho furniture — Hotel in New York

Don’t trust this store,they are a set of thieves,I ordered king set I got queen, i ordered queen set I got full an double i ordered all to ship home they never delivered a whole bedroom set,now they are saying they delivered everything,to the shipping company an blaming them for stealing all bed,mattress box spring ,dresser ,two night table ,chest an mirror.. he’s stealing from the store asking for cash,then steal what people credit or buy so now my credit will be messed up because all is a lease that am not paying back..even though some pay off in full already…if you buy there pay attention to what you are receiving they are not honest people..they even send a broken glass that I saw in the store,that’s what they send in my shipment an blaming the shipping company..they even use my credit card after I use it there..a fire place I received don’t even fit in the furniture..I call about all this an it was all excuses,for the last bedroom set that I received that should be king Habbi said they didn’t have king so they send queen bed queen mattress but the loan is still the same amount..which he gave me like a $150 mirror which was way more..i would not recommend them,i fall out with the first brother Mohammed,because he did not send the correct stuff I paid for ,but all of them doing the same thing they cannot be trusted they are thieves..those beds should be queen an king all I got was queen an double or full also one bedroom set missing which should be...

The store was nice the people were nice. But they are unorganized. I set up a delivery from 11-2. I was told it wasn’t on my receipt so it would be delivered after 3. At 4:30 I was told delivery would be within the next 30 mins. 2 hrs later the divers were still in the warehouse. Service is absolutely horrible when it comes to delivery and they don’t even want to give a refund when they are in the wrong. Take your business elsewhere it...

This place is NOT a good place to buy furniture, the furniture always defective, very bad service, they give you 3 months of warranty but when you want to give a claim on furniture they will said I give a call back and they do NOT call they wait until the 3 months a then tell you they will not repair, this place it's a hole mess even for the delivery man's all disrespectful and liars, it's not worth buy here trust me...
