Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Dunkin Donuts on Avenue D & Remsen Avenue. Website says they close at 10pm. Door says they close at 9pm. I got there at 8:35 PM. The door wasn’t locked so I proceeded to walk in. The guy behind the counter yells out we are closed. I stated the times and he still yelled out we are closed. When I went back to work I discussed the situation with my coworker who proceeded to call the store to make a complaint for me. When she called a girl answered the phone and when my coworker told her what happened the girl hung up on her. My coworker called again and told the girl she was extremely rude for hanging up and that it was extremely rude to turn down a paying customer. After the phone call we proceeded to try to find out who we can contact to complain about the people in this store. To no avail we got nowhere. I work right down the block and I work nights. Sometimes I wish I can go and get a hot cup of coffee to find out that this place closes when they’re not supposed to and the people who work there are jerks. Simple solution for me now bring my own coffee...

I am confused how they got a letter A for their business! I went inside to grab something and before the lady came to assist me and take my order she was handling the dirty cleaning bucket and all. I really watched her to see what she was going to do. She came- asked for my order, and then proceeded to serve me (disgusting). I asked her if she’s not going to wash her hands she was just handling the dirty things with. She did, then came back with her hands wet and had it all over the cup and lid as she continued to prepare my order and she had no qualms or bones about it. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. #How’s that...

The staff were okay however I bought the egg and cheese croissant with the veggie bacon. I asked the young lady if the bacon was cooked she said it's veggie bacon and yes it is, keep in mind she only placed it in the microwave. Now on the photo that shows the bacon to be crispy this bacon was pink! rather than making it quote crispy it was just reheat it. While driving I started to eat at after my second bite I threw up in the car. I was already on my way to New Jersey so I didn't bother to go back. However I will not recommend having that ever, the only thing Dunkin Donuts can provide is donuts and they just...
