I stopped in this morning to grab a coffee on the go. As I usually get a coffee from Dunkin every morning or every other morning just not this location. With that being said I usually scan my Dunkin app for points as I’m a regular customer so I had some reward points which I redeem in this store and use it to get a medium hot coffee. after I placed my order and scanned my points to pay for the coffee the guy give me that racist look so he decided to messed up my order purposely all because I used my points to pay for the coffee and I know this was done intentionally. I ordered a Medium hot coffee 3 Milk 2 Sugar mind me there is no other customer waiting in front of me for their order and he was taking way longer to make my coffee which was very obvious that he was trying to waste my time. Anyways I didn’t say anything to him I patiently waited for my coffee, when he handed it to me I looked at the label and it says Medium Hot Coffee Black I said to him this is not what I ordered he then replied to me and said” It’s not black coffee inside. I had a feelings he was lying because the label clearly says something else so I opened the lid right there on the counter and it was Black Coffee Inside. I said to him again this is not what I ordered he then goes” Oh that wasn’t yours I said to him but you handed it to me in my had and said here is your coffee sir. I don’t understand why the workers should have an attitude when it’s time to redeem in store points which we earn as customers. Read moreThis is the worst location i've been to and that's saying a lot cause Dunkin is a horrible business known for terrible employees and service. I drive up to the window. My food is literally sitting right on the table. The window attendant cashier walks around for over 6-7 minutes without reaching for it. I simply drive off and leave with it. They constantly put the donut upside down, making the frosting stick to the bottom. I've stopped going and I'm at a point where I would never go to any of them. You're better off at a Bodega. Better food, employees that care and better prices. $10 for their crappy bagels or $4 for someone making a real one. This store, it's employees and it's brand is garbage. Skip it. Drive up further and stop at a mom and pop's place for real food...
