I went in today (12/10/22) I ordered a holiday drink and a maple bacon sandwich. When I got my drink it tasted like burnt coffee instead of freshly brewed. Then I got my sandwich and it was burnt, when I told the girl about the burnt sandwich she claimed it was because of the sugar on the bacon but I have been to other dunkin donuts and that has never happened. So I returned the sandwich and told the other employee that it was unedible and it was burnt. The girl told the cook who made my sandwich to just make me a new one. The cook insisted that there was nothing wrong and then finally after complaining she made me a new one. She told me if it comes out burnt it wasn't my fault. When I got the second sandwich it seem fine until I bit into it. The cheese was not melted, the crossiant was slightly toasted and the egg was cold as if it was taken out the freezer and put in between the crossiant. I was disappointed because I been to alot of dunkin donuts and this never really happens. People who don't like their job shouldn't be working in places that deal with people. Smh never will I go here. I'll go to my local dunkin where they know my order and cook the food with no problems. I couldn't take pictures because I stop by because I wasn't feeling well thinking a coffee and a sandwich will help in some way. Little did I know I walked out feeling the same...

However, there has been a few times that i have ordered ahead on the mobile app and when i arrive someone has already taken my drink. Just yesterday i pointed out to an employee that the man sitting down took my drink and her response was a casual " i know". How about you guys make a better mobile pickup so people dont steal other people's drinks and those who actually paid for their stuff dont have to wait an additional 10 mins for something they ordered 5 minutes ahead for? This is a constant issue and there seems to be no willingness to solve it. Keep the mobile drinks behind the counter and let people tell you their name or order number. There problem solved....
Read moreI am a regular customer here, I usually order green tea or ice coffee. But unfortunately today’s experience was just horrible. Next time train your employees not too judge an individual and their orders. I had both employees in the 8pm shifts not only humiliate me in front of other customers but he had the nerve to judge what I had order for my cousin and automatically make implications as though he knew me.
