Lyons Square Playground — Attraction in New York

It's a very nice park! My son loves it, and the bathrooms are very clean. The major problem is that teenagers and some adults smoke pot in the basketball court, which is right next to the playground. I sat there while my son played for about an hour and a half, and the pot smoke was non-stop!! I swear I inhaled someone's second-hand pot smoke to the point that if I had to take a drug test, I would be concerned. Nice park, but I have to find another one too much...

I really appreciate the renovations but as we all know it will be a few months before it's back to it's original state. They moved the basketball court and made the playground a little bigger for the kids.. but my 7 year old would love to know where are the swings?? My son loves this park. Its has an exercise space and my 8 year old loves using it. Also a basket ball court.. 2 of them to be exact. Also it has a play area for smaller kids. Sprinklers for the summer days. Easy to find parking. Hunts point is close by so theres alot of stores.. a few food options and clothing stores... its enjoyable and...
