1 star because of there return policy. I walk into the store to purchased a pair of boots and sneaker for my son. Before I ask the worker to bring me the sneaker, I ask him if the sneaker doesnât fit will I be able to return the sneaker for a refund? Guy said âYesâ. Boot fit my son perfect but the sneaker was a half size to small. I walk in the store today to see if I can exchange it for bigger size and the worker behind the counter told me yes we can exchange it but we donât have the sneaker here. We will have to order it. She then told me I will have to pay for the shipping to the store if I wanted the bigger size.. I ask her to reply herself. Yes she said I will have to pay for shipping to exchange to the store. Thats when I ask her just to return the sneaker. She started to tell me about the exchange policy. There NO REFUND. I wouldnât shop at jimmy jazz if it wasnât walking distance from my house and that my son needed the sneaker and boots ASAP. Will customer service and is not waiting for the district manager to call me. Nike, Footlocker, Eastbay, Adidas and other places have a easy return policy and full refund. I went back to the girl who attended me after I realized on the receipt. The manager did not apologize and said yea thatâs not the price its $30.
