If you have an allergy, avoid this place at all cost unless you have a death wish.
I have been coming to this dunkin donuts for a decade, ever since my parents moved over here. You would think that the employees, after coming here multiple times a week every week for a decade, would know your order and food allergies, but that would be too much to ask I suppose. First and foremost I always get seasonal flavors. When the toasted white chocolate came out, I was elated but on two separate occasions I received toasted almond instead. I returned it with no issues, but after the second time stopped ordering it altogether. The fact of the matter is I should have reported this location to the FD and department of health then. Clearly, this location does not care to prevent cross contamination by CAREFULLY READING THE ORDER prior to preparing it and reading back the order to the customer when presenting it to them.
Unfortunately for me I was naïve and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I recently when there and ordered a Dunkin Midnight with caramel swirl. I was handed a drink when I arrived, which I assumed was mine because the woman who see's me multiple times a week every week had handed it to me as soon as I arrived. Desperate for a pick me up, I began to guzzle my drink immediately. At this point it was lukewarm, so this was no issue for me. A few minutes after I chugged half of it, I felt a pain like no other that I knew could only be causes by 1 thing: Milk. I am lactose intolerant. Like most people with this condition, I can tolerate small amounts of milk throughout the day (like a bit of condensed milk in the caramel syrup) but large amounts of milk of any kind makes me incredibly sick. I went back obviously upset. The seriousness of my illness and my allergy was not taken seriously by the staff or manager, who just offered to replace what I ordered. I got a tea but my stomach as hurting so much I could not drink it. I had to see a doctor the pain was so bad, probably because my stomach had not had straight milk or heavy cream in more than a decade. I was bed and toilet ridden for the rest of the weekend.
I reached out for a refund a MONTH AGO about a refund and no one has gotten back to me. Dunkin Donuts said they tried to contact me but when I checked my records they called me one time ON CHRISTMAS MORNING and never again. First of all these people have no respect for religion or Christianity to be calling people so early on a well known holiday. This was also their way of trying to get out of responsibility by calling on a day and an hour they knew no one would answer. So now, instead of just refunding me my $5 so I can continue on with my life- I now have to report this place to the Department of Health...
Read moreMorning crew sucks... How they took a girl's order this morning charge her for her food and they took sooooooo long that she left without her food or money. They don't speak nor understand english and that's veeery frustrated to deal with so early in the morning. It's not the employees fault but those who hired them cuz clearly they knew and know that they don't know and they still leave them alone with no consideration for the customers...
Read moreThey’re consistent with good energy with the staff and makes a mean oat milk latte. I tried something new for my free drinks ( use the Dunkin’ app to collect points for freebies) I decided on the Butter Pecan latte picture and it was phenomenal! Even with the change to oat milk was delicious! He made my drink with the right amount of syrup, milk to coffee ratio. It was just delightful! I was very pleased. Found a new drink to enjoy...
