Called the business today and encountered a man who I know by face when I go in person but don't know his name. He is new to the business and not sure if related to the owner because his unprofessionalism was reckless. He talks like he's on a street corner and not in a business. This man had me on hold while taking orders in the store came on the line from what I thought ready to take my order and puts me on hold again so I said something about it, and he flipped. He argued back and forth with me on the line then said hold on and took another order. I hung up called back same guy picked up and again he was unprofessional. I asked him about an omlette and what's in it and he said look at the menu I don't have time to tell you. PEOPLE this business is in the community it doesn't matter how good there food may be, how you treat people means more, that is what keeps people going back. This man has no business speaking to me or anyone at that the way he did. If he does not like his job he should find something else!!! He must of forgotten that this is the Bronx and people don't care now an days humbleness...
Read moreDELIVERY AND WAIT TIMES ARE RIDICULOUS!!! ALWAYS!!! How, I called after waiting 50 mins for my order of French toast with bacon, they said oh yeah delivery takes 30-40 mins. Yet, it took 50 mins, and I live 2 blocks away from them. FRENCH TOAST!! They been like this for a while and one would expect them to get their operations in order. Apparently people like the place until they get let down by unreasonable wait times, even when ordering in person to go. Thereâs no seats. So imagine standing 40 mins waiting for French Toast. Once or twice the order wasnât even passed to the kitchen and I was standing for 30 mins waiting on NOTHING!!! At least let people know expected wait times. And, out of no where they added a $2 fee for breakfast orders after 11am, seriously? This is the last time Iâm supporting this unorganized...
Read moreThis place is what's needed for the neighborhood to grow but it's done so by the wrong people. You order in English, they respond in Spanish which is annoying (yes they understand and speak english). If your ordering more than one thing it's almost a guarantee that they got your order confused and messed up your order. The employees scream over each other while trying to make an order. There's barely any space for customers and becomes uncomfortable inside so sometimes waiting outside becomes the next best option. The positives are the shakes. The shakes are decent and fairly priced.
Update-My daughter got burned here. They did nothing to resolve the reason of why she got burned afterwards. I refuse to eat here again. There's another dominican place just...
