Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

just bought my autistic toddler of sausage on a croissant I get to the school down the block. It’s on a bagel. The bagel was burnt it toasted it had everything bagel seeds on it. My daughter is having a meltdown. It’s hard to get her together and now I’m sitting here with the wrong thing. I’m disgusted I go to the store every day I spend $12-$15 every morning. My daughter eats the same thing every morning. I see these people every morning and they handed me a burnt bagel with everything bagel seed on it with my daughter sausage patty. I’m disgusted and I’m sick of the poor service and the high prices at this place no way I’m on my way back...

I do love Dunkin' Donuts in general. I love how when they make my coffee (light & sweet), it is as expected. It is a good little place where you can clear your head for a while. Much cooler in here than the Popeyes next door which is a definite plus. The only minor downside is that their tables and chairs are only slightly dirty. Since it is no bother to me, the rest of the place gets an A in my book. Their donuts are good too, especially that nice frosted chocolate one. Ooooohhh baby. Will recommend since it is near the bus...

This place has gone down hill… the morning time which is their busiest time they have 2 older woman and 1 guy and all of them are EXTREMELY slow and don’t have any type of urgency… they constantly make mistakes and walk around talking their language to each other joking… they need to close this location down fire and re hire a new staff and train them properly because this is the worst Dublin in the Bronx… absolutely 0 stars pls fire the staff and re hire… the manager is also a complete bafoon and he has no clue...
