I love that our neighborhood finally has something of this kind BUT the customer service is HORRENDOUS! I don’t know if the clerk at the front gets nervous/overwhelmed but I’ve gone there/ordered from there a total of THREE times and they’ve gotten it wrong every single time! I spoke to the woman verbally and I was brushed off. Ordered salad missing toppings. Ordered an omelette in person sent it back twice because it was missing stuff and the girl had the nerve to have an attitude. Ordered a quesadilla and asked what it comes with. I was told chicken and cheese... great. Got my order - there wasn’t just chicken and cheese and I had to pick out the stuff I didn’t want.
