Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I just came in to order my ice latte and i said whipped cream and she charges me for double extra shot and caramel which was fine bc i wanted whipped cream and the lady there wants to come and CHARGE ME EXTRA once again for my whipped cream and im like wth then what was all the extra stuff for and she wants to come and say “idk” told her to call her manager and the manager is sooo usless bc he said the registers come automatically to charge extra like what… i thought it would be a good place to get coffee since its under the train but if they dont get rid of those rude employees and a better manager this place wont last .!!!! Horrible...

Poor service. As I placed my order I decided to change a drink since a new drink popped up on their monitor that I was willing to try. I had yet finished placing my order and another worker yelled across the room and said it was too late since she already had made it. That was surprising since I had not yet finalized my order. Worst Dunkin’ I ever went to. Service is so slow even though they’re not busy. Also, the employees need training and manners. One time, they messed up my order twice and when I told them about it, they yelled at me like it’s my fault! Sorry you don’t know how to do your job right! It’s alright to make mistakes but don’t yell at the customer. Just please save your time and go to the Dunkin’ in 102 street the employees are far more nicer and are...
