Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I wish I could put no stars. I came in with my mother and my aunt tonight, and we received the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. The staff was extremely rude and unorganized bouncing back and forth between the Dunkin Donuts and the Baskin Robins. They were clearly in a rush to go home because they gave me the wrong ice cream, my mothers was upside down in the bag with the lid off and my aunts milkshake was extremely watery. Immediately after he handed it to her, my aunt asked the man behind the counter to add a little more ice cream to thicken it, but he ignored her and started taking other customers. After asking numerous times and several customers later he finally told her in the most annoyed tone “You have to wait”. Had we not already paid we would’ve just left, but he waited until he was through with EVERY SINGLE PERSON on the line before he helped her. I will not be returning to this...

Food and drinks are always fresh but that’s thanks to Dunkin’s great quality control on it’s products coming in. Where the downfall of this location begins is with its customer service. It doesn’t exist. Rude and inattentive to the customers that arrive. Once the amount of customers outweighs the employees, it seems they just give up. Also—at the time of writing this review, there has been a specific homeless man hanging outside the location for over a week deterring customers from wanting to come in due to his appearance and odor. Please do not go to this DD. The workers are extremely rude and never gets our orders correct. Today 1/5/22, I ordered the mini cream cheese bites and I received two bacon filled rounds that I was so close to taking a bite into. Additionally, I ordered a large caramel iced latte and the worker threw pre made espresso from a cup that was sitting there from god knows how long before I entered the store. I asked him to please give me a new shot of espresso instead ,and out of embarrassment he threw the old shot away. I am so disappointed because imagine I wasn’t watching his every move. 0...
