Ebenezer Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I will never come back to his over priced food, and rude staff that acts like they cannot speak English. I have seen this with my own eyes, if you speak Spanish they charge you a lower price, but if you don't speak Spanish, and are Caucasian then you get charged a higher price when getting the same thing as they got? The last 2 times that I went there I got the same thing and the price keeps going up? and when I asked why? I cannot get an answer. Also today when I went to get my lunch, the guy that made my order rung me up but placed my bag of food with someone else order up at the register, and the guy took off with it. When I asked where did my food that I just paid for go? He accused me if letting the guy take it. Then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the 2nd order that the guy just walk out with. I asked twice for my money back, and when I did the guy tried calling me a liar, and asked me what did I do with my food? I work down the street for an Organization that sometimes orders A LOT of pizzas from them for events. Plus not to mention my co-workers that order lunch from there. I just send out an email to all of my co-workers explaining how I have been treated, and to please (Boycott) this place till further notice. Looks like I will be eating next door at Yummy Taco :) I did not want to give this place even 1 Star, but in order to Post this Message I have to select...

I called this restaurant today to order Rice and Beans with chicharon de pollo no hueso sin EMPANIZAR (boneless chicken cracklings NOT BREADED). I repeated my order a few times and specifically stated a few tomes to her to NOT BREAD the chicken. She said each time okay Well I received my order and GUESS WHAT the chicken was breaded! I called the restaurant to let them know of my disatisfaction and the lady flipped on me and stated how she offered me a combo, I asked her what does offering me the combo has anything to do with my order being incorrect !! I said I want to speak with the owner and she proudly said I AM THE OWNER AND NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!! After I spent around $60 for the order. She did not give a rat ass about issues with my order after sending me the wrong order that she personally TOOK over the phone !!! Places like this and owners like this have to learn without customer they are nobody!!! There was no apology for her wrong doings!!! I order from this place a few times a week!! GUESS WHAT, NOT ANYMORE!!! Very poor customer service coming from the OWNER!!! its already overpriced and food is okay, however since this place is close by I patron this place, but after the utter disrespect and no apology this place will never get anymore of my money. They care less about their customers or their concerns...

I orde a Cuba sandwich. Terrible , disgusting. They refried pork ,it's no healthy food. Everything dried. They reuse food that they put aways for days. Pork quality is poor and unhealthy. It's not a joke to sell food. They can make people 🤢😷🤢. Please take care about your customers with a good quality of ingredients. Terrible experience. Uber need to read reviews of this kind of restaurant is. I never gonna other any delivery from this restaurant. Now , no breakfast for me today. Unprofessional and don't charge for service fee if u cheat people with this kind of food. Refried...
