Dollar Tree — Local services in New York

Just went with my mom to buy things for a bbq. It's close and convenient to us and usually the cashiers are very friendly and polite. Today we got one that apparently wasn't in the mood to work because as soon as she saw our full cart she muttered to a customer in front of us "oh god" and they both laughed as if I couldnt understand or speak English. Once she starts ringing us up she doesnt even say hello or anything. When we were walking away she yells to her co worker in front of customers "did you see that lady just snatched the receipt from my hand?" (Which wasn't true. She placed the change and receipt in my mom's hand). They both laughed and kept talking about us. I turned to them and saidthat they need to have better customer service training be cause they are obviously lacking it. I've been working in customer service for many years and I know that even if I have a bad day, i dont reflect it on anyone. The ambience of this store is horrible. There is no customer service at all in there. In some isle you have such and overstock of items all over the place. Other things in a disarray. Then you empty boxes in the food freezers. Most of the time you have one cashier working with a line of 10 or more people. It is hard to find what your looking for and there is hardly anyone one the floor to ask a question. Once people start complaing then co.es a second caishier.

I understand that the location is not in the best spot. There should be someone there to keep the workers safe, and to protect the store. Before some seriously get hurt or the store...
