This review is for the Dunkin’ Donuts on Ralph Ave (near Farragut Road / Foster Ave)

Breads are always hard. They’re never soft so it leads me to believe they may be day old items they attempt to get rid of first. You have to watch them make your sandwiches or when warming up your bagel twists… again breads will be hard but most importantly they tend to be a little careless with your orders and not properly assemble, or follows directives given. Also there’s have been times when my breakfast sandwich (meat and eggs) have not been properly cooked. There appears to be a preference for Indian staff as the manager is Indian as well. While he does attempt to correct deficiencies a lot of it pertains to having staff that lack comprehension/ English language… he will however keep the American or English speaking staff members at the register but you can see it is difficult for them to ring customers up, make the coffee, and assist in providing correction / guidance to the ones making...

I went in and ordered my regular iced caramel latte with cream and whipped cream. First of all, it looked like a cup of milk with caramel at the bottom. When I told the guy, who I assume to be the manager, he argued with me telling me because i ordered with cream it’s going to be that light. I’ve been ordering this drink for YEARS primarily from this location which was previously managed by someone else and I’ve NEVER had this issue. He didn’t offer to remake it, instead he decided to pour cream in a cup with ice to show me that “the cream is too heavy” and another customer thought it was a little absurd. The drink was absolutely disgusting and served no purpose. I simply just threw the drink in the garbage. Thanks for ruining my morning and taking my money :) but after being a valued customer for over 5 years at this location you will NOT be getting my...

I give this two stars generously cause its not quite deserving. Generally its easy to say the staff is slow and please improve but on this one I BLAME the manager and the OWNER. Do you not realize the high volume of customers on a Sunday considering your in the vicinity of 5 churches? They all flock to Dunkin’ Donuts after service so why not have an extra person at that morning to 3pm shift.? Today was distressing I had to wait 23 minutes on line both attendees seemed overwhelmed the line was to the front door and both employees were busy making drinks so no one was at the register and not a manager in sight. Of course I eventually got off the line and left I decided to give 711 my business. Owner of this neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts we expect better from you .. Sunday is a busy day for please staff...
