On 6/9/2024 I visited this location with company who wanted to have Dunkin bagel and a cup of coffee. I asked to use the restroom, but to my surprise 😮 no tissue was there when I got buzzed in. I returned outside and told the staff about it, and asked for tissue to be in the restroom. Now, to my shocking 😳 surprise a gentleman gave some paper that he rolled off a roll. I was like 🤷🏽‍♀️no tissue. He gestured as to tell me to use the hand paper he gave me. He said that tissue was in the basement, as to indicate that he cannot go get the tissue. I repeatedly insisted that the restroom had no tissue, then at that time he said ok. He was going for the tissue. I am /was so thankful that he realized and actually understood the need for tissue to be in the restroom. But the audacity of him🤦🏽‍♀️. Imagine a place preparing food, the restroom floors looked not clean. When we entered the store the tables were very soiled and dirty with food, I had to use sanitizer and their paper napkins to wipe off the table. The floor had water on it, seeming to be leaking from a refrigerator or something of that sort. The place was just not acceptable and untidy. And you first learned there was no business etiquette and no good sanitary practices. I personally did not have any food from there. But I just couldn’t sit at a dirty table. I hope the owner read this, I go to this Dunkin every single day sometimes twice a day for my coffee, there is a Punjabi guy he wear turban he have beard his whole face he is very rude I go thru drive thru always. He always messed up my order I do mobile order so it’s really clear what is my order when I ask for extra ice he put very less ice when I ask for 2 caramel he put 5 caramel. I request the owner to check todays camera he worked today I order thru app I went thru drive thru when I said Hi he replied very loud can you wait without saying hi or anything I though he’s talking to someone esle I again said Hi there he said I tell you to wait I’m like ok and I hear him talking on his language at the back laughing I waited 3 minutes and I again said hi you there he again said I tell you to wait then I waited 2 minutes then he said I’m ready I pull up I said please make sure extra extra ice and you make my coffee right be go ok he came back I see the coffee looks like milk and ice is very I asked him I asked for extra extra ice he refused to make my coffee and I left.
