Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I usually go to Starbucks, sometimes Dunkin. I asked for Medium Iced Matcha Latte at this location, but once I finished my drink I noticed there was ice all the way to the top, and I am not even exaggerating, I struggled to get my straw in, slow me didn’t realized why at first!! Pretty good Dunkin'. Everyone inside seems nice and the place is clean with quick service. Be careful with your pick-up orders, though. Half the time I've been there they forget something and I have to ask for the rest of my order. They're always nice about it and fix the issue as soon as it's brought to their attention, but be sure to check your order before you go and tell them at the pick up counter right away if something is missing.
