Besides the food being good that's not whats going to keep me ordering from this place. The service SUCKS, first of all I am a server so I know how it is to not get tipped but I don't need to tip you if 1, the person is rude at the counter when I went in there to order (because she hates her life) and then we ordered online to avoid that, even though we paid cash to the driver it asked us if wanted to add a tip to the total online. The person comes here and drops the food off then has the audacity to ask for a tip. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS as a server would I EVER ask for a tip. I do work for those tips, granted they can choose if they want to yeah i'd get upset if they didn't tip me BUT YOU DON'T EVER ASK FOR ONE. I then called to complain to the person on the phone and she literally said to me well he works for free so you should've given him one I said NO he works for you and he makes the tip if he does the job correctly. I shouldn't even have to explain myself when the tip was added to the total, the lady was rude and I am not going to accept that as a costumer you do the service yes, but you do not come and ask me for a tip. Extremely rude person on the phone, "nickel and dime"-ing for everything, referencing some "boss" watching over them. The price for the order was higher than advertized on the flyer that was broght in last week. When I mentioned that, she said it was an old flyer. No, it wasn't. The coupons on it expure on 12/31/2022. She made it so hard to order, I changed my mind. Will give my 70 dollars to someone who appreciates me as a customer and wants my business. When I said I wasn't going to order, she happily and eagerly said "bye-bye". Two stars- for the benefit of doubt because I never tried thier food. We order sushi 🍣 frequently and spend at least 75 bucks a pop, Tonite we ordered on line so there was no miscommunication they sent me the wrong rolls that I ordered when I called to tell them they said oh sorry our mistake do u want the right rolls I said yes 👍 I would like what I ordered 75 bucks later, They said we will bring to you and take back the wrong order! I said the right thing for u to do since it was your mistake and we are loyal customers is to bring us the right order and keep the rolls on us !
