The portion sizes are small the food menu is far far far to overpriced. The area is residential but this establishment seems to want to attract doctors and lawyers which don't occupy the area. The prices are just way to high. I mean for the portion sizes it's hilarious. The menu is mostly mofongo. To which mofongo should be a fair price and size. They serve small mofongo for 13 to 18 dollars which is ridiculously overpriced. My cheese burger was more bread than meat patty....the fries were about 30 pieces.... I mean come on! They gave me a hand full of fries....just horrible. No spoons knives forks etc were provided until we asked which was when the food arried....I will not be coming back ever. The women taking care of our orders was not friendly at all. Not once was I asked if I needed anything else or if everything was good.... Also the place was HOT they don't have air conditioning. They have a super loud dusty metal industrial fan most likely throwing bits of dust and bugs all over your food. They are completely unattentative to the degree that I had to walk to the counter to close out my bill as it they dident even want to walk to my table so lazy. To end this review in insult they even charged me for the glass of ice water. YES! The ice water that is a common free courtesy awarded to sit down dine in patrons. These people had the nerve to ring up my water as if it was a carry out bottled water smh these people are a joke. Completely horrible money hungry desperate low class putrid scum bags. I even made it a point to ask if the glass of waters on the table would be charged to the bill and the female ringing me up smiled and said no way. Meanwhile she was ready to cash me out and did not give me a receipt to which I responded I want my receipt and I caught her right in her lie! Completely lied to my face! I provided a picture of the receipt. Estela should feel ashamed of herself for being such a liar. Her mother raised her all wrong and her father most likely was nowhere to be found. Scum bag place. I ordered through seamless for a delivery since i had their menu delivered to my building... the images looked good so i decided to give them a try ... i placed my order at 4pm on a sunday night . They estimated an hour for delivery.... normally my deliveries always arrive 20 min or so earlier than estimated although this place took an extra 10 min passed the est delivery time and still hadnt received anything so i called to check on my order .. the woman on the phone then proceeds to tell me that no such order was ever recieved meanwhile i recieved a confirmation (i work in the restaurant industry and know that when its confirmed it means someone at the restaurant answered the phone and manually inserted the code in which seamless sends to notify the costumer )... so i found it odd that the woman says they never recieved it .. so i call seamless to cancel the order which they easily did and refunded me plus a $5 code for next time ... as im waiting for the cancellation confirmation , the restaurant calls me to inform me that the food i ordered was recieved but sent to bronx river parkway ... which isnt the address printed on the reciept and so she asked me to confirm my telephone number in which i did and proceeds to inform me that they looked up my phone number in their system and sent it to that adress whoch still doesnt make sense to me .. how are they looking up my number and not just looking at the damn order inwhich clearly has my address and apt number ... what a joke .. never ordering...
