Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Disorganized lines at check out with no employee assistance.

Unfortunate... the produce & ethnic products are amazing finds which aren’t offered at other stores.

My mother loved this place. We won’t ever be returning there again.

On Sunday afternoon while meeting mom, I was quickly stopped to check in my folded reusable thermal bag (intended to pack groceries). While explaining to the man what the bag use was for he tried correcting my Spanish then told me to check in the bag, pay for my groceries then get the back from check in ( red flag 🚩).

Once shopping was done, my mother got on a long line in a narrow aisle. No directions from staff as to which line customers should stand on, no social distancing, complete mess.

An older gentleman tried passing through the line insisting my mother move. There was no room, cart full of groceries with my 4 year old nephew. Mom moved as best as she could and told the man he could’ve just went down another aisle as he wasn’t on line... he was just looking for an open cashier (we find out later) words were exchanged, his wife pops out of no where insulting my mom (random)

No employee around to try to organize to building lines.

A register suddenly opens up, no announcement & the man with his wife goes straight to an open cashier without standing on line. Confused my mother converses with another shopper stating no one announced the register was opening?

Wait for it...

In the middle of their transaction the mans wife proceeds to leave her transaction and charges after my mother screaming, yelling, raising arms pointing fingers at my mother. I’m walking towards the front (clueless to what previously transpired) seeing the big woman coming and my mother.

I stepped in the middle yelling at the woman no one is going to disrespect my mother & to mind her business.

No employee around to de escalate the confrontation which could’ve wound up worse (thankfully it didn’t).

I’ve never experience such chaos while shopping on a Sunday afternoon.

Avoid that place as much as possible. Not worth the headache.

It seems as if the staff cater to Dominicans only and are bias against those of different...

This grocery store is absolute trash the prices are ridiculously high the customer service is terrible and hardly anyone speaks English so when you have a question they have to find someone who speaks English to help I sent a complaint to the consumer protection department to report the high price gouging at this store even when inflation has gone down this store continued to increase and charge higher and higher prices higher even then whole foods supermarket I know because I checked also several of their products aren't fresh I bought some meat there and took it home to cook and it smelled spoiled if you've shopped at this grocery store please also send a complaint to the consumer protection board regarding the high price gouging and quality of products so an investigation can be launched also mention the racial profiling against black customers I've seen it with my own eyes which is utterly disgusting considering they are in a black neighborhood then they have the audacity to go to the apartments and housings near by and put flyers on people's door asking them to shop there thus store truly is a lawsuit...

I went here because its close to my job and had pretty good reviews. The prices are high the selection is not very good. The only thing that decent was the fruits ( not great prices but reasonable and decent quality). Cashier was the worst part besides giving me an attitude like she is doing me a favor by ringing up my groceries, she also wanted to put strawberry on top of a hot rotisserie chicken, a little common sense please. On the screen there was an advertised special for a rotisserie chicken for $4.99, the price tag said $5.99. When I inquired f they would honor their advertised price I was told oh that's the old price. I wouldn't be that upset if the chicken was worth it, this was literally the worst rotisserie chick I ever had. It was flavorless(not even salt), stringy and burnt(they had it laying on the side so you cant see its burnt). Do yourself a favor and...
