This is certainly a Burlington. The line was quite long the last time I was there (but to be fair, it was the day right before Mother's Day), but they for sure had everything that I was looking for. The cashier was nice, and riding on the escalator reminded me of how I used to ride up and down the escalator in the now-closed K-Mart. Overall, this isn't the best Burlington, but definitely one that feels overhated.

Worst Burlington to ever exist ! always full of customers but never enough employees. It is 10:44 am and the line is outrages around the store and only one person in the register. They don’t want to pay people to work so they make their customers suffer by standing in line for hours. Do not recommend unless you want to spend 2 hours on the line.

So people are queuing up. I have been queuing for more than half an hour, but I haven't made much progress. It took me more than ten minutes to drive over ten miles. It's ridiculous that I have to queue up for about two hours. No one can shop happily. Everyone has to hurry up to queue up. This is the worst shopping experience so far.

This Burlington is clean and organized much better from the mess it used to be. I would have gave it a higher score, but as a shopper in my own neighborhood it’s sad that all the staff do is follow you around the store , on several occasions I noticed at least 1 - 2 security guards literally walking back and forth pacing watching my cousin and I shop, we hadn’t seen each other in awhile so it took away from our quality time. I literally had an undercover security worker lie n say she loved my foundation on my face( which I had none) just to see what purse I had in my hand. On several occasions I saw security pearling at me through the aisles. So much so, I even asked a few of them for help, n noticed how silly they felt following me after meeting me. I’m a working class woman and business owner, and racial profiling, and profiling non the less is terrible. I struggle with anxiety and this really impacted me. I was extremely disappointed, since all the profiling was completely unnecessary. I have money and spent over $200 in the store n should been treated with the dignity and respect I deserve, not feel terrible by the time I left the store. Your practices are too aggressive, especially for people like myself who don’t deserve that! This is why a lot of people are shopping online, including myself, because we don’t want to deal with the harassment of security and secret shoppers. I could count at least 5 people I saw watching me n that’s one ones I noticed who were aggressive. My cousin noticed too. We went back to the car n talked about who it made us feel and how we did our best to ignore them. Meanwhile there was a non person of color who’s child was literally running around the store unsupervised, fell on the escalator and was a just making a mockery and not one security or store personal approached the mother to confront her or tell her grab her child or make sure she was being safe. It was a mess. I’m sad that you can’t ship in your local neighborhood in peace, I understand that these days it’s hard for retailers, however there’s no reason that a customer should feel n be treated the way we were. Also the lady at the register took off all my tags off my clothes when ringing them due to the sensor and tag being connected with out a tag plastic so now if I need to return anything it’s going to an issue because lack of employees tagging properly. You are supposed to first tag the item then add the sensor not forget about the plastic n just stick tag on. By the time I left the store I was drained n tired from all the negative energy, shopping is supposed to be a beautiful calming experience. I hope in the future you treat working class, paying customers like people, remember not everyone is a criminal n shouldn’t be treated as such. We...

i am a former employee from this Burlington i help prep the store i was so happy of becoming part of the family and so eager to be a cashier because of my previous experience and the new up coming team. i did my best to be reliable and helpful employee i can be and always gave a helping hand to my coworkers when they needed it even when i had my own task to complete i stop stopped what i was doing to help out anyone in anyway i can even with me dealing with family issues at home i still went out my way to make the store look great, but what bothered me the most is that my phone was stolen. A galaxy note 8.and that got me really, really upset and disappointed. Now during my time there i went out my way to stay later shifts eventhoe i had kids at home and and when ever a costumer had a issue about an item or a complaint about the store and came to me i always defended the company and solved the issue my self . when my phone got stolen i was told that nothing could be done be done for me and i just had to keep working like nothing happen and i personally was not gonna let that happen. it bother me alot that the company did not do nothing for me. they didn't look at there cameras to see who might have been the thief, i gave the precise times from where i last saw it to when it was stolen, my point is in not gonna strive for a company that does not strive for me and im not gonna be working with a team i dont trust and i feel like its very wrong that they did not help me get my phone back nor found out who was responsible and the person that took my phone just got away with it and this it the 4 incident in the store when someone item was stolen and the managers did nothing about it .It just wasn't worth it to stay if no one was gonna fight for me because when i was there i sure did defended the company when costumers had a issue. other then that it is a great...

Today was a very bad day to go to Burlington, I am almost 70 years old and have worked with the public for the past fifty five years. I always buy my tops and jeans at Burlington and never had a problem with the staff until this afternoon. As I go the usual way to look at the jeans then at the tops this lady is recording with her phone and in an unprofessional manner says for me to pick up that hanger, I look and see no one else on the isle so I say to her are you talking to me and she repeats to pick up the hangar because she just cleaned that isle so since dropped it to pick it up. I was in disbelief because I am a person that many times go to any store and have picked up many hangers or clothing from the floor just to prevent anyone from stepping all over it. But the way she accused me of dropping the hanger and trying to make me pick it up, it would've hurt me less had she smacked my face. These people need more training I could describe the person but I'm not doing it to hurt the person just that they need to understand that as I said to the person she should be thankful that she has a job and not be rude. I was so irate that had to leave the store. S.C. 3/7/2024 By the way I asked the guard if he knew if a manager was there but he had no idea which manager I was...
