Elena's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I’ve ordered from here many times. Always getting the same thing. Which is the burrito (at least 6-10 times). I called to let them know they didn’t put any of the green or red sauce on it which they e always done. I was just repeatedly told It was because I didn’t put it in the request section that I wanted it. Long story short the woman who claimed to be the manager was essentially saying it was my fault. She also mentioned if grub hub calls she will tell them the same thing. As you can see from their description in the photo, it says it comes topped with green and red sauce and sour cream. She also hung up on me. It’s unfortunate, I was really looking forward to enjoying it because the red sauce is amazingly hot and spicy and the horchata taste fresh and not just some powder mix. I don’t believe I’ll be ordering from here...

I spent $60 for bad food 😡! I ordered Salmon, which tasted overcooked. It was dried out like Jerky. I ordered mixed vegetables, which was only carrots, onions, peppers, and potatoes. I thought I was gonna have broccoli in the mixture, as it showed on their photos, but that was wishful thinking. I also ordered a STEAK buritto, which turned out to be more of a rice burrito 🤬! For dessert, I ordered a flan, which was the worst flan I've ever had. This restaurant did not deserve my money. I need to make sure myself, friends and family never order from that place! If this was my first time having Mexican food, I wouldn't wamna try it again due to this bad...

It really not that bad ,but it’s isn't like EXCELLENT food tbh .my only 2 problem is the prices ,I only ordered 2 orders of quesadillas con tinga & 2 jaritos . Pays ALL for 35$ . First of all I find it RIDICULOUSLY expensive the food like it’s not SOOOO good to be priced that much . 2nd problem is .everytime i deliver i always have to come downstairs ,like there’s really no need when I call for a deliver they need my door numbers cause they never come up . Sadly this is the only mexican restaurant near me . I just hope ya fix the prices and food also the delivery like before ,idk...
