It was a little shocking to me to order for two people and pay 60$ from a pizzeria. For clarity i ordered a shrimp penne alfredo came out to 30$-32$ (crazy) and my partner ordered a eggplant parm that came with a spaghetti and we ordered a garlic knots so that ends up a total of 60$. I usually pay 20-25$ at a great restaurant the penne alfredo wasnt even mid it was just terrible, it lacked the ingredients it was supposed to have so i payed 20$ for 2$ of pasta and a lack of cream and parmesan. Clearly wont order it again or return but as a cook i know how easy it is to cook in the kitchen properly so when theres a lack of compensation for a price it does bother me. If youre going to charge the 20$ cool but make it worth it. 10$ for shrimp i understand the economy ill let it slide. The eggplant parm came out good thankfully and babygirl was happy but not worth what theyre charging. If anyone working there is reading this you shouldve charged me 30-35$ for all my food. Maybe 16-18$ for shrimp penne alfredo, eggplant parm and spaghetti maybe 12-14$ and $1 for garlic knots. Youd have alot more business as well and you wouldnt have to overcharge the prices you charge and skimp customers. Youd attract more loyal customers and sell more of your other foods. Count your days if you think this method will last forever. You can come up with a deal to attract people and you can keep business while not having to steal from a community of your...
Read moreMy family's experience with Emilios Restaurant was exceptional! The service was amazing from calling the restaurant to ask questions about the menu to speaking with the receptionist (taking orders) Gabby to the delivery driver Jose (they said the food was going to be delivered in 1hr and 15 mins, but it was delivered in 40 mins) to speaking with the owner Richie (very professional). Kudos to the Chef Antonio the food was exceptional!! When we received our food it tasted like it just came out of the oven and was placed in front of us as if we were sitting in the restaurant. This is how hot the food was when we received it. We ordered a meatball hero and my uncle said, "Excellent meat to cheese ratio." My aunt ordered the shrimp parmigiana with linguine and she said,"It was cooked to perfection." I ordered the chicken parmigiana and I felt it was delectably good. My cousin ordered the lemon chicken and garlic bread with cheese. My cousin said, "Absolutely delicious, and it leaves a nice taste on my palate." My aunt kept seeing the Emilios commercial on News 12 and decided that we try it out tonight for dinner.. This was the best dinner decision ever!! My family and I are very big on hospitality and it was given to us from the moment we called until the food was placed before us.. We want to thank you so much for your service during this time. Have a great evening and we'll be...
Read moreMy husband and I order from Emilio's regularly. We especially wanted to support small business owners during the pandemic. We went there today and ordered two slices of pizza and an eggplant panini. We noticed that everyone who came after us was getting their orders as we patiently waited for ours. We also noticed the cashier and another man behind the counter laughing. After 30 minutes, the man grabbed our food that was on top of the pizza oven the entire time we were waiting and gave it to us. I'm not sure what kind of joke they were playing or how they thought this was funny, but this is a fast way to lose a consistant customer. If I was the owner, I would re-evaluate my staff, because actions like this drive people away. I would rather support small businesses that appreciate their customers and repeat business, than continue to give my money to a place who treats people like this. They should also re-train their staff on covid-19 procedures such as keeping your mask on and covering your nose and mouth, not allowing customers behind the counter, and not having pizza boxes on the tables next to the entrance for people to touch while they wait for their order... to name a few that I...
