I am not one for bad reviews, but this place right here. worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online and noticed that the date was placed for 7/3 instead of today’s date so i called ( after being placed on hold twice ) & they tell me they couldn’t find my order ( despite giving them my order number ) said to call the ordersnapp & have them take care of it. Cool, I called ordersnap for an automated number to tell me for any issues with food orders to call the restaurant. At this point I make my way to farmers pizza, I have a receipt in which the owner of the establishment REFUSED to look at. Instead he was trying to show me how the system works. He literally brought his tablet to the counter and showed me a list of orders showing names and address of prior customers that was none of my business. He started telling me he’s going to call ordersnapp and to come back without taking my information down. Basically just shewing me away. I stood my ground and pointed out how he was not trying to look at the receipt on my phone, then his employees start all yelling at me to get out to leave , & at this point I start recording they stop once they see me recording and plain out just ignore me as if I wasn’t there . So now frustrated I turn back to leave when I hear one of them in Spanish saying “ terelen un dollar a este musulmano “ not knowing I speak Spanish ( translating into English “ throw this Muslim a dollar) I turn back and one of the workers legit throw a $100 bill on the counter & THERE ALL LAUGHING INCLUDING THE BOSS , PLEASE someone needs to check the cameras. Read moreI don’t understand why it takes over an hour to deliver a pizza that’s only a two-minute drive away. When I called the store, I was immediately told to “hold on,” and instead of placing me on hold, the phone was simply put down, so I could hear everything happening in the background. When you finally returned to the line, I was given excuses for the delay, blaming the rain, when a two-minute drive is no excuse. There was no good customer service at all. There wasn’t even an apology, just excuses about having 30 orders ahead. Even Domino’s, which is much farther away, delivers in far less time. When I mentioned that I hoped my food wouldn’t be cold, the response was, “It’s not going to be cold, it just came out.” If that’s the case, instead of making excuses, you could have simply said the food was delayed because it was prepared late. That would have been honest and far better customer service. Still waiting as I'm writing this review.

Read moreI ordered a pie for delivery. I live a block away. I waited and waited. I decided to go to the pizzeria to see what's taking so long. When I arrived I see two guys fighting about who's going to deliver the pizza. One guy literally threw the pizza (in the box) back at the guy behind the counter. I went back home and called them about my pizza. Of course they lied and said it's out for delivery. I told them I didn't want the pizza and they refused to give me back my payment. That's was the last time I went and I promised I will NEVER go back. I've been keeping my promise for over three years. My son went there a couple times and was adamant about ignoring my concerns, unfortunately he experienced their unprofessional manners and he has since joined my personal boycott of this sorry excuse for a pizza shop and managers.
