Food is mediocre at best. We ordered from here a lot when we first moved, but their food as I said isn't great and their customer service is atrocious. 4/5 times stuff was missing or the food was cold. We're in URBY and they're not far from us. They would tell us there was nothing they could do when they forgot items because the order was placed through Grub-hub, or the cold food was replaced with even colder food. Their delivery people won't even come up to your apartment, so you have to go downstairs to meet them, which I don't care too much about. However, their driver once called and told us to hurry up because he was busy and didn't have time to wait around for us. I'm sorry, then come upstairs, maybe? The last straw was placing an order with an old card we had saved in our Grub-hub account by accident. They absolutely REFUSED to deliver to us and threatened to call the cops on me for fraud. I offered to pay cash or give them a different card and show my ID to the delivery driver, but no. That wasn't good enough. So- my suggestion is go to Crust on Staten Island. They have excellent food and customer service ethics. Forget Frank's Bay,...

They will overcharge you for food! My order came up to 21 dollars and they charged my card 32 dollars 🤔 they claim its taxes and fees for using a card. The food ticket on the box said 23.50 so where is the confusion. The guy on the phone was rude and did not try and look into the issue, he claims the order was 27.50, so AGAIN the total was 21.00 and after taxes and fees I assume it was 23.50 so where is he getting 27.50 and why was my card charged 32.00? The girls that answer the phone always mess up your order even though while placing the order you have to repeat it to them at least 5xs before understand. I see a previous customer that left a review below aldo pointed out that they overcharge you. Where do they charge over 10 dollars in taxes and fees and as a customer if I'm telling you there was an issue then have the courtesy to look into it rather than making excuses and brushing me off. I will never order from Frank's again and I will inform my co workers of the same so they don't order from there...

If you're in Stapleton and need a solid, budget-friendly meal for the family, this local pizzeria is your go-to. Just... maybe enjoy it from the comfort of your own home. The dine-in experience? Let’s just say it’s not where this place shines. But as a takeout spot, it's fantastic!

They’ve got something for everyone, whether you're feeding picky eaters or folks who can’t make up their minds. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and for Staten Island, the prices are definitely on point. Personally, I’m all about their hot sandwiches and sides. The sautéed spinach? Mozzarella sticks? A+ every time. I did try the spaghetti and meatballs once... wouldn't recommend that one, but hey, nobody’s perfect.

Bottom line: If you’re feeding a family (or just yourself), grab your order and get comfy at home. Trust me, your stomach—and your...

I was looking for a new pizza spot to try out & Frank’s came across, so i placed a order for a cheese calzone & a chicken francese pan pie. To start, customer service was top notch. The guy who answered was sweet, patient, & listened to how i wanted my calzone. Delivery came super quick & the driver was very sweet as well. Chicken pie was absolute *chefs kiss* its soft but crunchy & perfect amount of lemon. As for the calzone, the picture doesn’t do it justice. The calzone is absolutely hugeee & baked very well. For the prices they offer they definitely exceed quality. As for the other reviews.. i would not listen to them. I almost did & would have missed out on a great restaurant. 10/10

Whenever you order delivery from Franks pizza the condiments are always missing, the calamari is always soggy and rubbery with a pound of salt on it. The calamari and the garlic knots was so salty that me and another family members feet became so swollen that they were unrecognizable two days after eating from here. Last but not least, the delivery driver expects you to come to his car window to pick up the food and then looking like you’re supposed to give him a tip. The tip is to never eat from here unless you want to develop high blood pressure and swollen feet from your meals. Disgusting!

Is it Frank's? Is it Romeo's? I don't know. Both come up on Google, and it's the same place! It's probably the smallest pizza place on the island (yet, it might have the biggest ceiling fan). Affordable isn't the word. They are practically giving this pizza away. I don't know how Dimitry isn't here every day. Definitely was heading into this pizza without high expectations. Is it as good as a Denino's? No. Also, it's not anywhere near the island's worst. Way better than Bari's. Even if it's heavy on the oregano. Average pizza, great price. 6.9
