I got an infection on my toe. I'll back 4 wks later to change my review from 2 stars, to 1. I will never go to this salon again. I personally like Nace and Tina but the manager Mini, is not about quality service. I got lashes put on INCORRECTLY and they were hurting, as they poked into my skin. So I removed a lash on my own and went back for repair. They began to argue whether to charge me for the repair. Then I explained, I think my eye is still hurting. Mini says the eyelashes should come off, but didn't want to take them off. And at no charge wasn't sitting well with her. She then advised me that she has a sign up that says all sales final on lashes but she was so concerned abt money that she wouldn't remove the lashes that the tech incorrectly put in. She such the lashes to my eyelids and lashes and not just the lashes alone. I...

This has got to be the worst nail salon I’ve been to, very dirty very nasty workers. Don’t care what you say or how you want things done, they try to pressure you to allow them to do things how they want when you’re the one spending the money. They charge five dollars extra to do the regular feet scrub that consist in a pedicure. They say that you can use American Express credit cards when we went to check out today. They then said they don’t accept American Express credit cards, which was a lie. Said I wanted a hand painted design and they then proceeded to tell me they don’t do designs except stickers !!!! Soooo ghetto smh. I had to stop going because there was always an argument in there or bad kids running around. I feel a nail salon should be calm, clean, good polite staff. Some of the ladies that work here appear to be nice but you get the feeling they are talking about you and others right in your face with a phony smile . They are always trying to get you to do gel gel gel and other things you don't really want - I understand you are trying to make money but when I say no thank you once, don't keep asking me a thousand times.
