The older lady that you see in the picture was serving me as I ask her to stir up the soup as to it look like it had been sitting there for a while. this older lady stop serving me walk to her coworker right in front of me whispered something in patois and then walked away gupsing/skinning her teeth. I am assuming she did not like it that I asked her to start a soup up. The only reason why I asked her to stir it because it looked like it had been sitting there for a while and it needs to be stirred,for that looks like someone that has common sense I shouldn’t have to had to tell her that, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away with an nasty attitude and told me I can go somewhere else to eat her coworker that was standing there which was a maleyounger guy look like he was used to her having an attitude with the customers so he took over right away and cleaned it up real nice when speaking to me he did not have a problem with stiring the food. for the life of me, I don’t understand. Why would people hire people they have the most disgusting attitudes I do not want anyone serving me any food if they have a nasty attitude and a nasty disposition people beware this place do not go there to waste your time nor your money, this lady was very disrespectful and I’m sure she has done it to other customers. She is too comfortable at her job as if no one’s there to check her don’t waste your time and your money going to this place. The pictures are attached. I come to this location often and out of all the locations in Brooklyn I prefer this one the most. The service is always great especially from a younger Jamaican lady and a younger Jamaican guy. I am though extremely disappointed by the service I received on 05/24/24. Being Caribbean myself when I entered the store I said hello but no one responded. There were two people visibly working in the front. One man was packing a ladies order while a woman was packing a doordash order. I saw a man in the back moving boxes and we made eye contact twice and he saw I needed assistance but said nothing. I saw another guy whom I asked if he was able to assist me in ordering two patties and he told me he doesn’t work the front which I understood. I saw another lady emerge from the back and it appeared as if she was on a break because she was eating but she too did not ask if I needed to be assisted. At no point during the 5 minutes I stood there was I acknowledged as a customer. I spotted 5 workers and one other customer who was being helped and none of those workers were able to help me. I have no problem waiting to be served but not being acknowledged when the store was not even packed and I could be seen standing there needing help was annoying .
