P & S — Restaurant in New York

I ordered over the weekend twenty rotis to be picked today, Tuesday 26, for a job function I am attending tomorrow. I started to call the establishment since 8am to confirm the order even though they called me on Sunday 24th to confirm. I called today about 10 times and no one answered, I finally called after work just to let them know I was on my way to pick up my order and explained I was commuting from Long Island which I explained when I placed the order. She explained once I get there before 7:30 I should be okay. A lady answered the phone and I told her I was on my way, she placed me on hold, she then came back to the phone and explained nonchalantly that there was no order for me. After venting my frustration, she called someone else to speak to me who did not have a solution either. He basically told me to call around and check different bakeries. I LOVE TO SUPPORT BUSINESSES ROOTED FROM THE COUNTRY, GUYANA, I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN BUT I WILL NEVER AGAIN SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I WILL ALSO LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW NOT TO SUPPORT THIS...

It's my hot delicious home cook CARRIBBEAN meal away from home, and am not even Guyanise, their hot round beef Patti is to die for, I mean their food is so delicious that the restaurant is always pack, and sometimes I have to even leave before it's my turn to order, because I will be late for work, times like that, is when I notice their bad service side, but that's to be expected, after all they are not machines, cause if they were, the food will never taste so homemade. Just yesterday I dropped in to get my favorite spinach and saltfish, but at that time of the evening of course it was finish, so I had to settle for chicken and spinach another one of my many favorite dishes that they carry. Love your food P&S, keep up the good work....PS.. Your faster service will get better, Only when you expand to a bigger restaurant, with more workers. Just something Swwwweeeeet to think about....

So my mother told me they had a duck curry special. The way it was worded made it seem like you were getting two meals. They had written on Uber Eats "curry duck meals for two."
