Hamilton Underground — Restaurant in New York

I got a large caramel iced latte with almond milk. A large only comes with two shots of espresso (instead of the 3 or 4 other spots in the neighborhood do for a large) so it's very milky. Took a sip and didn't love it. Went back and asked for something else but the barista offered to give me an extra shot which was really nice. The barista is VERY nice! But, the drink still wasn't good. I think the syrups are homemade but the flavor fell flat. Maybe vanilla is better. I ended up throwing it out still full. I just discovered this coffee shop today in my neighborhood and I’m so excited. I had their iced coffee this morning and it’s the best ice coffee I’ve ever had in this city and believe me I’ve been to coffee shops around the city.

I liked this place so much that I went back for my afternoon coffee break and had an amazing iced strawberry shortcake latte and I LOVED it. You can tell barista loves what he does. The place makes its own coffee syrups as well and I cannot wait to try each one of these...

Very cute vibe in here and great customer service. I also loveee the little trinkets, crystals, etc. that they sell.

However, every time I’ve gotten a latte with cold foam from here, it’s inconsistently made. I’d grab coffee more often from here if that wasn’t the case. Their prices are also way out of touch lol. $7+ for a lemon loaf is WILD dot com so I will never be purchasing that again.
