It's always closed. It seems to be run by one person with a key who comes by 3 times a year with the relatives. It was incredibly well planted but over the years it has become cluttered with plastic lawn furniture, electricity rigged illegally and unsafely by tapping into the lamp post, and other. Back when the neighborhood still had bullets flyinf it was a gem and an island of civilization. Now it's simply look don't touch. The city should take it back clear away all the trashy clutter and unlock the fence during the day, everyday.
