Title: A Sweet Delight - Redouan's Bakery
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Redouan's Bakery, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. This charming bakery, owned by the talented Redouan, truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with tasteful decor that immediately made me feel at home.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the pastries and treats. Redouan's expertise in baking is evident in every bite. The croissants were buttery and flaky, just as they should be, and the selection of cakes was nothing short of heavenly. I couldn't resist trying the Red Velvet cake, and it was a slice of pure bliss.
What sets Redouan's Bakery apart is the attention to detail. Each pastry is a work of art, meticulously crafted with care and precision. The flavors are rich and indulgent, and you can tell that only the finest ingredients are used.
The staff at Redouan's Bakery are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations and answer any questions. The customer service was top-notch, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
Whether you're a local looking for your daily dose of sweetness or a visitor seeking a delightful treat, Redouan's Bakery is a must-visit. It's a place where passion for baking shines through in every bite. I left with a satisfied palate and a heart full of gratitude for Redouan and his incredible bakery. Read moreCute little place that can use a little more cleanliness. Some surfaces were sticky or noticeable dirty and this was with the owner cleaning when we came in at opening. Food was good except the menu doesn't specify ingredients and we order a NY ham and cheese not knowing it had mayo in it. We weren't asked if Mayo is OK or offered a substitute. So I would say ask about ingredients and speads.
What made me also give this place a 4 star was that when we came in a woman came in 5min after and ask us if she can ask the manager/owner a question. We said sure we were still looking at the menu anyways and next thing we know we were waiting behind this woman for a good maybe 10-15min while he warmed up her personal food. We aren't against what he did or helping the community in anyway you can. However I think he should have handled that better and said "sure but let me take their orders first because they were here for a while." We waited while he cleaned because again they just opened and now waited behind this lady. The fact that we had to be at work was what made that an inconvenience and I feel lacks customer service skills...
Read moreVisiting friends in New York. Stopped in to get a smoothie. Sorry, but not good at all. Well, I take that back. The flavor was really good but the texture was awful. As much money as my smoothie cost, I’m not sure why they have not invested in better blenders and juicers. As an owner of a Vitamix blender and a Kuvings juicer, I know for sure my smoothie should have been “smoother” than this. I purchased a Green Life smoothie and I spent the entire time crunching on celery and other not well blended vegetables. There were moments I couldn’t even sip the smoothie through my straw because chunks of celery were blocking the flow. Over all, it’s a really cute location. Great ambiance and art work. The two gentlemen behind the counter were extremely kind. I would just offer that they invest in better equipment. As much as they charge for smoothies with add-ons, they should be able to afford equipment that ensures an actual “smoothie”. Most people want to drink their...
