Happy Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I absolutely love the food from this place-it's incredibly delicious! However, I've had to stop ordering delivery recently due to some unsettling experiences. My teenage niece ordered delivery on three separate occasions and chose not to include a tip through the app. While I understand that, and I'm happy to tip in cash, the delivery driver's behavior was unacceptable. The first time, when I went to collect the food, he held the bag away from me and loudly repeated, "No tip! No tip!" I was shocked, but I gave him a cash tip and took the food. The second time, he called me before I could even come outside, and instead of announcing the delivery, he simply repeated, "No tip! No tip!" Again, I provided a cash tip. The final straw was when my niece ordered through Grubhub while I was at work. The same driver called my phone three times, forcing me to silence it during work hours. Then, I received two text messages stating, "No tip! No tip!" I haven't ordered delivery since. While I believe in tipping, especially when restaurants use their own drivers, aggressively demanding a tip not once, but three times, is completely inappropriate. Food is tasty, they got it.. BUT Delivery driver with the blue car is the reason I don't order anymore. When you come in my yard show some respect. I live 2 mins away. Why u demanding tip. I tip regardless but asking for it in an unsettling manner is psyco behavior. Use a bicycle if drivng a car is expensive, customer already paying a lot for high price food why they gotta pay you? I used to patronize this place for years. A few minor hiccups along the way. However today was horrible. I called for delivery & after 45 minutes passed, I called to check on the status.
