Shown above is the crispy Calamari appetizer, it's perfectly spiced batter compliments the tender, savory calamari. It is then garnished with freshly chopped scallions, onions and peppers (which is also part of a simple set of vegetables used for food seasoning in Guyanese cuisine along with other things like thyme and/or garlic). She walks around the bar to all th e occupied tables and comes back to the bar and tends to the man at the end and then proceeds to walk by me back and forth and back to the man at the end of the bar where she decides to stand and conversate with the man at the bar.... so I had to get out of character and yell Can I get some service. It was really an upsetting experience being treated that way. And honestly I dont even know how I feel about my $50 worth food after that experience. I know better to ever argue or upset people dealing with food....
