He’s shop is open to the public at 6:00 A.M. and closes at 8:00 P.M..He may not be Haitian, but you don’t have to be Haitian to make great Haitian patties. The same way that you don’t have to be Italian to make great pizza. His patties have more meat, fluffy, and use less oil than other places. His patties are also cheaper too. The shop is clean but could use better lighting. It’s a bakery, not a restaurant or lounge. The lighting should be very bright. All Haitian favorites are here.
