Hibiscus was recommended to me by a friend that have been ordering for years. I decided to try their food on Saturday. So I called ahead placed the order and went to pick up my food. Upon arrival they told me "its gonna be 10 mins". 10 minutes passed a man came again collected my name and went to the back. He came out and said " its gonna be less than 5 minutes!! 10 more minutes passed he came back asking " what did you order???? I said you just told me it was gonna be 10 minutes now you dont know what I ordered? So I have already been there 30 minutes, keep in mind I called 25 minutes prior. He collected my name and went to the back only to return again to tell me that I can have a totally different order because he dont have my food!!!!! One that has beef!! Which clearly I didnt want to eat due to my pregnancy!!!! At this point i wasted almost 45 minutes talking to this incompetent man! A young lady came from the back and over heard him and I . I was getting so upset and asked what had happened. He begun to explain and quickly she started apologizing. I am assuming she must have been the manager. Not once did this man apologizie to me !!! She continued to apologize spoke to another young lady in glasses and with in 5 minutes they got me my food. She even went as far to refund my entire transactions because of the inconvenience . I felt that she genuinely cared about my horrible experience!!! And saw that I was pregnant!!!!Madame if you are the manager you need to train that gentlemeam a little more! He did not care or even noticed that I was pregnant! how extremely insensitive and inhumane!!! They food was excellent!!! And I will re order I just hope that the manager work with her staff on being compassionate...

I placed an order for a large tray of lowmein, 2 hours in advance and the receptionist hung up on me 3 times before I could know if my order went through. On my 4th call she said yes, please come for 6pm. Arriving at 6:10, they said they never got my order that I must have called the other branch. Showing then the number I called ample times they looked lost as hell and blamed me, then starting blaming each other as if they were in elementary school. When I got upset, and showing them I called ample times they said okay, your order is now put in. Waiting 20 minutes more, they charged me full price and only gave me extra sauce as compensation. Even when I was waiting inside the restaurant for them to prepare my order the waitress looked at me nasty as if I was making there life hard, not uttering a word to them, they whispered to one another "look at her face". Yes, look at my face cause I am highly upset, you have time to talk my name and look at me but not even help me nor offer me a seat. I stood the entire time. Already being behind on the rest of my activities I planned (a surprise party), the food was bland, with only noodles and cabbage, no sauce on the lowmein either. Read moreI have been a long time customer at this restaurant. I’ve ordered many big orders for my work party house party, etc. I was heading up out of state and decided to stop for some food. I checked the website. It said that they open at 11 AM so I got to the restaurant 10:50 and waited for 11 AM. Kept calling no answer, calling until 1116. Someone finally answered the phone and said their hours are 1130. I explain you need to update your website. I’ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone based on the time on the website. She told me they’re opening in five minutes and she couldn’t take the order. I would have to sit and wait for five minutes before I can call and get someone on the phone call again at 11:30. No one answers the phone keep trying until 1135. Someone answers the phone finally I explained how long I’ve been waiting and they need to update your website because this is such an inconvenience and the phone was rude and didn’t cared about what I had to say in the food industry.
