Yummy Taco — Restaurant in New York

I DON'T GIVE THIS SPOT ANY STARS!! The star above is from google. I can't critique the food because I cancelled my order. My critique is about the service. September 13, 2021 I went into Yummy Taco and ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla with sour cream. The female order taker repeated my order back omitting the cheese and sour cream. I responded no a chicken and cheese quesadilla with sour cream. The female order taker stated sour cream comes on the side, my response was "can you put the sour cream on it." The female order taker's response "extra charge to put it on." (NO I AM NOT LYING) Excuse you or maybe excuse me. Did she just say she was going to charge me to put sour cream on the quesadilla? I initially rolled my eyes and said okay. The female order taker gave instructions to the cook and told me 5.25 or 5.45. After reaching for my wallet I requested my order to be cancelled. Asian businesses make up rules as they go and we go for it. Extra duck sauce a dollar, using your credit card at the nail salon an extra dollar, signs posted saying the credit card machine is out of order but the strategically placed ATM always works, AND now we have the putting sour cream ON the quesadilla charge. No thanks...

I don’t know what’s going on with yummy taco the one in Queens Village they give you little teeny pieces of tomatoes where they used to slice the tomatoes into six pieces and put them on your salad. The salad is soggy. The lettuce is old. The onions is dead. I asked for a grilled chicken salad I got less than half chicken breast. The service is lousy. I will never buy there from again. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty people. My place of work orders from this location weekly so they earn A LOT of business from us. However, they were incredibly rude on the phone, they refused to come into the building to deliver the $40 order AND they did not label the boxes correctly. A colleague who has an allergy received the wrong box and had a severe allergy attack. Unfortunately their food is good, but they will no longer receive...
