Food is pretty good to be honest. But will not be patronizing this place due to their customer service and disgusting conditions. I went in to pick up my order. First, I understand that Chinese do not comprehend customer service but this was beyond bad service. First, another customer was there first receiving his order (which was fried rice and chicken wings). He requested that his wings and rice be packed seperately. With this, they wanted to charge him another $1.00. He ended up walking out without his food, which I was glad to see. Then, when I requested a side of chili oil, they wanted to charge me $.50. In 30 years of ordering Chinese food, this was the first time I was ever charged for a side of chili oil. Putting the money aside, this is not how you run a business and/or treat your customers. Secondly and more importantly, I was able to see the conditions there. I couldn't see anything else but I saw a big bowl of raw chicken on the ground in their kitchen. Anyone who knows anything about raw foods, this is asking for contaminations and actually a serious NYC food handling violation. Raw chicken should not be left out ESPECIALLY on the floor where bugs and rodents could gain access. Needless to say, I was not able to eat the food after witnessing this. It bothered me the entire car ride back home and ended up throwing out the food without opening it (I ordered the chicken...

This is the first time I’ve ordered general tso chicken and it was hot, still crispy, and tasty. In addition, the veggie fried rice was fresh real individual grains—not a questionable mush. All for an affordable price.

I forgot to mention that this is the only place in this area that does lo mein and chicken wings as a meal so that’s another plus.

I hope this is their normal standard and pricing, I will make this my new regular...

Have been going to this Chinese spot since 2008. Recently changed management post covid. Fortunately they kept the cooks and food tastes exactly the same. Hands down my favorite Chinese spot in NYC. In my 15 years of going to this spot, the must haves are: 1) Fried Chicken Wings with Pork Fried Rice 2) Chicken with Garlic Sauce 3) Singapore Rice noodles 4) General Tso's Chicken

I don’t recommend this take-out spot. The worst Chinese restaurant ever. Bad quality (no any veggies), horrible customer service (especially the lady who takes order in front). it’s not even taste good & small portion. Sesame chicken has no sesame. It is absolutely worse than your average Chinese food. The worst Chinese restaurant in town.

Hands down the best Chinese food in queens! We been ordering from imperial for a long time, it hits the spot every single time. They’re very consistent. The lady in the front is an acquired taste. She does her job well though!
