Island Roots Juice Bar and Cafe LLC — Restaurant in New York

I just stumbled upon Island Roots Cafe and had an exceptional experience. I have a dairy allergy and ordered a Blueberry Protein Smoothie which has whey protein in it. After ordering, I stepped out and the owner stepped out to confirm whether or not I wanted to protein or not which I appreciated because the smoothie was a 10/10 in flavor & consistency but it wouldn't have been the case had I accidentally ingested whey protein and had an allergic reaction. Outside of the smoothie, I had to patties (one lentil and one salmon) both were satiating and overall the place was immaculately clean and the service was as quick as humanly possible. This juice bar just recently opened up, and I'm so glad they did! They're family owned, and are the nicest people. I asked if they could create a personalized juice cleanse for me (not on their current menu,) and they worked with me to coordinate which juices, pick up, and ensured that I had my 6 daily juices ready when I needed them, and fresh each day. The juice itself is AMAZING, and you can tell is made with quality ingredients. Marcy and the team at Island Roots Juice Bar and Cafe LLC are a hidden gem! I'm working construction down the street and stumbled upon this place, and I'm so glad I did. The service was absolutely amazing—Marcy treated me like family, and you could feel the care and passion she poured into making my smoothie. And the smoothie itself?
