Nanni Health Food Store — Restaurant in New York

I have been living next to this place for years and I give them chance after chance. They prove me right every time. Customer service is horrible. There’s never anyone at the front counter. When someone finally arrives they never greet you. The women at the register usually have an atitude and barely wants to answer you if you ask a question. They almost NEVER have much fruits and veggies in stock and I found out you have to ask them for certain items and they get it from the back or wherever. This would be a great store if they worked on their inventory and customer service. For vegetarians like myself this is my only option for a decent healthy organic selection. I keep telling myself I’m no longer going to walk in there because of the horrible customer service I receive every time but sometimes I’m desperate. I guess this is what we get in east Flatbush right? Can’t expect...

Love the concept of this place. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is generally warm and friendly.

I'd suggest adding some soy-free meat alternatives to the menu but it's a great option. Keep up the great work!

One more thing, a display menu with prices would be great so newcomers to the restaurant don't have to ask the prices fot everything. That can be awkward due to the small spacing. Looking foward to...
