May Flower Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I just moved into this neighborhood. Deciding to try this restaurant, I called and placed an order at 9:43p. The person on the phone clearly spoke little English. I called at 10:30 to check on what’s taking so long. then called again at 10:55p. No one answered WHATSOEVER. The food was never delivered. Being that it was too late to get anything else because EVERYTHING is now closed, my children are now having to go to bed hungry. Talk about pissed. I will NEVER order from this establishment EVER AGAIN. And will inform everyone I know of the horrible experience. Will be reporting this...

We've been ordering from this place for a few years now. Often when we call the person who picks up is rushing us off the phone or hangs up immediately if we tell them to hold on.
