Krispy Krunchy Chicken — Restaurant in New York

Went there for the first time. As soon as I walked in, there was a Bangladeshi aged man who greeted smilingly. I was a bit confused with what to order from their menu so I asked if I can get chicken fries. He patiently explained to me more about the portions and pricing. I ended up ordering two pieces of chicken fries (leg and thigh), a biscuit and small fries. Was charged around $7.

Given the decent pricing, the chicken pieces seemed a little smaller in size to me. The biscuit was pretty soft inside and somewhat sweet and tasted okay. The chicken batter had a dash of black pepper and tasted fine but I think it was a little bit salty. Fixing the salt proportion would enhance the taste of the batter. As their name suggests "Krispy Krunchy," they don't fail you with that. There is indeed this crunch with warm, juicy chicken meat underneath. To top that, it's a halal restaurant so Muslims can give it a shot. Generous amount of fries also tasted well. This portion is ideal for two people.

my family and i placed an order here, and it WAS SO DAMN BAD! The food that we received was not only for some reason super expensive, it was ice, cold, really soggy, and really really greasy and tasted like cold. Grease. Crispy my butt! That chicken was soggy, cold nasty and smells like wet cat, the fries I ordered waffle fries and apparently the menu was outdated because they gave me regular cut fries which were super oily, on top of that the chicken just did not taste good and the mac & cheese was probably the worst thing on this entire menu. I don’t know what was wrong that day, but the mac & cheese was not only extremely cold, but they tasted expired and they had some kind of weird brown sauce on them . Do not go here go to Popeyes instead usually I ordered from your once they have really good food but the rest of the times of disappointing me ever since the only delicious thing on here with those honey biscuits other than that definitely not worth it do not spend your money here. IF I COULD GIVE NO STAR I WOULD. ABSOLUTLY TRASH. STARTING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE FOOD. EVERYTHING IS TRASH. I spent $32.00 on a family deal they have. When I went home I realized the fries I ordered were beyond uncooked as well as soggy. So I decided to call the store to see what can be done, when I started telling the manager/owner (that’s what he claimed he was) the situation, he started raising his voice and even cursing at me saying I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’m the customer, if I tell you my fries are uncooked obviously then it’s uncooked. But without trying to solve the situation, he yelled and cursed me out and hung up the phone. I tried to call back several times to see if he would actually try to fix the situation but instead he kept hanging up the call. DON’T OPEN A BUSINESS IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO ADMIT YOUR FAULTS AND TRY TO CORRECT THEM. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM....
