Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in New York

Kung fu tea is usually the place I go for my boba tea, but this location is horrible. The tim S I've been here the service was bad. The workers have an attitude and what made me write this review was the attitude this one male worker gave me. The taro hot milk tea he made me had literally no taro flavor in it. I noticed after walking out of the store and when I walked back in to ask him kindly if it was taro because it didn't taste like taro, he was rude and said, "Yea...." That's not now customer service works. If you decide to work at a place that requires you to be nice and you can't do so, work at a different place. The tea I had was not good, had a couple of sips and I threw it out....

I bought here this week Monday a Yougert juice bubble tea, 2 hours later I starred to feel ill, had fever, nausues, vomited, I suspect food poising, I'm better now, but still not having my appetite back...don't buy here, I suspect it's not the cleanest place, and the refrigerator in hot days might not work here the best, hence the drinks gets stale and can cause food poising. I drank it right away, I saw your response, you missundrsrood my saying 2 hour later, I got sick 2 hours later after drinking it right away..you are clueless, NOT that I drank it 2...

Called and ordered five drinks. Typically very busy and has a long line, so calling in advance usually helps. Went up and asked for my drinks, she said they weren’t done, even though I saw my specific drinks. Waited 15 minutes and asked again, only for her to realize my drinks were the ones previously there.
