Liberty Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Hopefully the owner will see this review and make improvements. I walked in and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza in between work. I understand. I had to wait a moment because the lady was on the phone. I waited about five minutes, and I spoke up about the pizza. I said I would like a refund if the pizza is not done only a slice of pizza. Nevertheless, they immediately gave me my slice of pizza. After driving away I took a flight to see and it was cold. I wish I had the time to go back immediately and give the pizza back and ask for a refund. However, I need to get to my next job. Please take a look at the photo. Obviously the pepperoni is not melted into the pizza. Therefore, it was never heated up. The photo tell a story.. Money, obviously comes first before anything at...

Liberty’s Pizza Shop is hands down the best spot in town for a delicious, satisfying meal! The pizza is always fresh, loaded with toppings, and cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of crispy crust and gooey cheese. Their menu has something for everyone, from classic pepperoni to creative specialty pies that never disappoint. I moved here 5 years ago and couldn’t think of a flaw from the establishment.

Horrible! Horrible! Don’t order from these thieves. This place has terrible customer service. I ordered 4 slices with wings and a soda. I was quoted a lower price to pay cash, and a higher price paying with a card. I paid with cash. When my food came, I only got 2 slices, not 4, and I was not charged the price I was given by phone. When I called to ask for my food and ask about the price difference, not only was the man extremely rude, confrontational and unprofessional, his solution was for me to either buy more food, or send my food delivered back with the driver. I wouldn’t ever order again from here and I also would never recommend this...
