So disappointed and disgusted… I just went in to show them the brake light and turn signal I purchased from them and asked kindly if someone could come out and check what I need because I was clearly sold the wrong bulbs, and with an attitude, was told very rudely “I’m not coming out there in the pouring rain! If u want to pull right up to the door I’ll come out when I’m done with my orders” completely uninterested in helping me! I counted on someone helping me because I really don’t know much about cars but was helped in no such way! I got in my car and left! I will NEVER go back! I guess it’s Auto zone...

I needed new windsheild wipers for my Jetta and asked a salesperson to find me a pair. Bought the ones the employee recommended.
